Our mandate is to provide a full range of support options;

- As a single point of contact for clients wishing to obtain services from just one supplier. Working with our clients, the total management of software, hardware and any dependency services, gives Global total control and ultimately total responsibility for overall quality of service.

- As a joint service provider, providing support for selected items, giving the client who need to have multiple support organisations working together for full flexibility.

Although we are able to supply any aspect, product or service in relation to the business software that we produce, we are able to offer third party support with selected suppliers systems. 

Services include software, hardware, networking, and technical support. Recently, and in keeping with this commitment, we have also acquired a powerful suite of Internet servers to accommodate our e-commerce initiatives to provide backup and disaster recovery peace of mind.

We utilise secure logon software to ensure that we react to software support requests as they happen, saving time and resources in order to resolve all queries and requests for assistance.

Our support is not limited to our own software packages but also for third party packages and full hardware and network systems.
